His proficiencies in executive coaching, transformative facilitation, mediation, and culture change are unparalleled.
Alex previously served as an external facilitator, guiding leadership programs and providing personal coaching to clients around the world. His legal background as a litigator and academic experience as an adjunct professor have equipped him with the tools to address complex organizational challenges.
Alex is fluent in French, conversational in Spanish, and currently learning Dutch. When he’s not lost in translation, Alex cherishes spending leisure time with his children.

Mieke has over 20 years of industrial experience in operations, supply chain, HR, continuous improvement and transformation at DuPont.
For the last 10 years, she has served as a global strategic advisor to executive teams in a wide range of industries on value creation, operational excellence, transformational leadership and cultural change.
As a trusted partner she navigates executive teams through complex systemic organizational and team dynamics, by uncovering the symptoms, patterns and undercurrents that are holding them back.
Mieke holds certifications in coaching, NLP, systemic intelligence and constellation work, somatics, trauma informed coaching and consulting and energy mastery, which enables her to cover a wide range of topics – from strategic and tactical business themes to the essential inner work of leadership - in her coaching and facilitation.
She is a systemic teacher, a recognized thought leader and a published author of 3 books.
Based in Belgium, Mieke holds a Masters in Economics/Engineering from the University of Leuven and the University of Bilbao. She is fluent in Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.

Matt Smith is an executive coach and leadership advisor with extensive experience in helping senior leaders and their teams achieve higher performance.
He spent 16 years at McKinsey & Company, including nine as a partner, where he held various roles including Chief Learning Officer, Chief of Staff, and head of their Pharmaceutical Organization Service Line.
As an executive coach, Matt leverages his experience in leadership development and culture change to help leaders set bold goals, identify necessary mindset and behaviour shifts, and implement meaningful changes.
He is certified as an ontological coach by the Newfield Network and holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation for the Leadership Circle Profile and Hogan assessments.
Matt also holds a B.A. (Government) from Harvard University and a Master of Professional Services from Cornell University.
He resides in Taipei with his wife and two sons.

Paul is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator specializing in leadership and culture integration. He has over 25 years of international business expertise, including a successful corporate career at Kimberly-Clark Health Care Europe. He subsequently played a key role in managing the European Learning and Development initiative, crafting training programs for the top 20 executives.
Building on this experience, Paul established his own company that empowered leaders to connect with their inner strengths, lead effectively in complex environments, and inspire others. His specialty is systemic intelligence, a framework that enables leaders to navigate uncertainty and foster organizational resilience.
Currently, Paul also serves as the Director of the Scientific Department for Systemic Intelligence in Organizations at Constellators International, and is co-author of the book "EMERGENT: The Power of Systemic Intelligence to Navigate the Complexity of M&A."
Paul resides in Amsterdam, Netherlands with his wife and two children.

He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys competitive golf and fly fishing.

Scott has been a practitioner and coach since 2010, collaborating with individuals and top teams around the globe. He works directly with clients to deliver a range of transformational solutions in personal mastery and organizational leadership. By drawing on multiple disciplines, Scott is able to diagnose the elements that block peak performance. His specialty is pushing teams and individuals to recognize their behavioural patterns. He is particularly interested in helping clients design lives, teams and systems based on personal discovery and honest communication.
Scott lives in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and son, and is avidly involved with two charities: The Special Olympics and Alzheimer’s research. In his spare time, he volunteers as a high school rowing coach. He has a healthy obsession with skiing and an unhealthy obsession with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Kate is a leadership coach, facilitator, and change architect with over 15 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. She specializes in working with teams and individuals on leading change in their organizations, with a focus on transformational leadership coaching as the foundation for all organizational change. She also excels in supporting executives through life and career transitions, integrating deep inner work with a pragmatic lens in her holistic approach.
She spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, in Dubai and London, as a Senior Expert in Organizational Change. Her extensive expertise comes, in part, from working with Fortune 500 senior executives on crafting enterprise-wide change strategies and building change leadership capabilities.
Kate holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and is a certified Integral Coach and an ACC-accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Kate currently divides her time between London and The Hague and enjoys writing (you can find her weekly blog, Friday Pause, on LinkedIn), as well as high-adventure travels with her husband.

Since the early 2000s, Thomas Hübl, PhD, has worked with tens of thousands worldwide to address collective traumas from the Holocaust, racism, colonialism, gender and structural violence, and polarization. In the past decade, his focus expanded to trauma’s effects on leadership, societal structures, and cultural divisions. As a consultant, Hübl partners with non-profits, corporations, and universities, including Witten/Herdecke University in Germany, to support trauma-informed practices, and advises leaders, governments, and organizations.
A pioneer in trauma integration, Hübl created the Individual, Ancestral, Collective Trauma Integration Process (IACTIP), a methodology influencing trauma recovery and justice reforms, notably in Rwanda. He has led international dialogues, including workshops with students at the National University of Kyiv in 2022 and sessions with Russian psychologists on shared European traumas.
In 2019, Hübl founded the Collective Trauma Summit, drawing over 500,000 participants to explore trauma’s role in issues such as climate change, healthcare, and technology. His non-profit, the Pocket Project, has provided resilience support during COVID-19 and trauma integration for communities affected by wildfires and school shootings in the U.S. He also presented at COP26 on climate and trauma.
Hübl is the author of Healing Collective Trauma and has created courses like Trauma-Informed Leadership and Healing Collective Trauma, engaging thousands worldwide. He studied medicine at the University of Vienna and earned his PhD in Wisdom Studies from Ubiquity University.

Her career includes C-suite roles at adidas, where she led global Communication, Marketing, HR, and Sustainability initiatives based out of Germany, China, the US, and the UAE.
Katja has a strong record of managing large-scale transformations, driving employee engagement, and building purpose-driven, high-performance work environments. She uses her coaching skills and global executive experience to help her clients break down complex challenges into practical steps that enable tangible results.
Katja is a certified Integral Coach, an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation, and holds certifications in Systemic Coaching, Hogan Assessments, and Enneagram. She is also a Senior Certified HR Professional and has completed executive programs at London Business School and Harvard.
She splits her time between Germany and the UAE, volunteers as a hiking guide in the Arabian Peninsula and enjoys reading, time with friends & family and sports like cycling, cross-country skiing and kayaking.

For the past 30 years, Vincent has been travelling the world advising, coaching, and developing leaders in both large corporations and start-ups. Vincent is particularly interested in the notion that competent leaders and high-performance cultures invariably lead to better results over time. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Vincent held several positions with global consulting firm Hewitt Associates, including his last job as the General Manager for the Hong Kong office.
To keep his feet firmly in the business world, Vincent has founded several companies including a consulting firm, a fully integrated gelato manufacturing and wholesaling business in Hong Kong, and, more recently, an online and retail shop selling windsurfing equipment in Canada.
Vincent has lived and worked in Canada, the US, China, and Hong Kong. He is fluent in French, English, speaks decent Italian and understands Spanish and Mandarin.
Vincent has an MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington DC and a B.A. in Chinese Studies from the University of California at San Diego. He currently lives in Montreal, Canada where he splits his time between his family, his passion for leadership development, and windsurfing.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with major financial institutions including Travelex Business Group and Westpac Banking Corporation. Following her tenure with Mobius Executive Leadership, she joined The Practice, where she now serves as Head of Program Management for Australia.
She holds a BSc in Anatomy and Physiology (University of Witwatersrand), a BSc Med (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics (University of Cape Town), along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (Wits Business School). She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Elizabeth is a strong advocate for open communication, structured processes, and ethical workplace practices, and is based in Sydney, Australia.

Steven has been studying people and reality his whole life. The through-line of his life has been the question, “What is real?” His pursuit of that answer has taken him from studying physics at MIT, through acting school, mythology, psychology, meditation, and into the study of energetics and awareness itself.
For four decades, Steven has been a licensed psychotherapist, studying many different healing modalities and maps of personality, and authoring two books. When she’s not taking care of the day-to-day, Floriane loves to spend time with her kids, friends and family which includes a variety of pets. She also loves delicious food with good company, the great outdoors and captivating books.

Previous roles include Sales & Event Manager for various luxury hotels and Liaison Officer for the G8 Summit in the Geneva region.
She has successfully collaborated with executive teams in a range of fields, implementing and maintaining ERP and CRM systems, merging companies, and launching products.
Highly organized and incredibly positive, Delphine prioritizes every task to meet both internal and external needs. It’s no coincidence her nickname is “Swiss knife”.
